Social Media / Instagram, Bandcamp, SoundCloud, YouTube Plug-Ins & Buttons
In order to optimise our website and in order to provide a convenient user experience for the visitors of our website we embed content from the third party providers Instagram, Youtube, Bandcamp, Soundcloud and Google Fonts. Embedding such content always implies that the corresponding third party providers see the IP-address with which users access our website, because delivery of the content is not possible without its knowledge. We make an effort to embed only content of providers which do not use IP-addresses for other purposes than delivering this content. In addition the third party content providers may use cookies in order to collect pseudonymous user data such as browser and operating system, referring websites, visiting time and combine these data with similar data from other sources.
We embed videos of the platform „Youtube“ of the provider Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA („Google“). All videos are embedded with the so-called „enhanced privacy mode“. Google’s data privacy policy may be found here and you can opt-out from several uses here.
Our website includes plugins for the social network Instagram, Instagram Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, California 94025, USA. The Instagram plugins can be recognized by the Instagram logo or the Like button on our site.
When you visit our site, a direct connection between your browser and the Instagram server is established via the plugin. This enables Instagram to receive information that you have visited our site from your IP address. If you click on the Instagram “Like button” while you are logged into your Instagram account, you can link the content of our site to your Instagram profile. This allows Instagram to associate visits to our site with your user account. Please note that, as the operator of this site, we have no knowledge of the content of the data transmitted to Instagram or of how Instagram uses these data.
If you do not want Instagram to associate your visit to our site with your Instagram account, please log out of your Instagram account.
We embed audio podcasts of the platform „Soundcloud“ of the provider SoundCloud Limited, Rheinsberger Str. 76/77, 10115 Berlin, Germany („Soundcloud“). The data privacy policy of Soundcloud may be found here.
We embed audio podcasts of the platform „Bandcamp“ of the provider Bandcamp, Inc., 178 Castro St., San Francisco, CA 94114, United States („Bandcamp“). The data privacy policy of Bandcamp may be found here.
We embed fonts („Google Fonts“) of the provider Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA („Google“). Google’s data privacy policy may be found here and you can opt-out from several uses here.
Newsletter dispatch
- With your consent, you can subscribe to our newsletter, with which we inform you about current data protection issues and events. The possible topics are listed in the declaration of consent.
- We use the double opt-in procedure to subscribe to our newsletter. This means that after your registration we will send you an e-mail to the specified e-mail address in which we ask you to confirm that you would like the newsletter to be sent. If you do not confirm your registration within 48 hours, your information will be blocked and automatically deleted after one month. In addition, we store your IP addresses and the time of registration and confirmation. The purpose of the procedure is to be able to prove your registration and, if necessary, to clarify a possible misuse of your personal data.
- The only mandatory information for sending the newsletter is your e-mail address. The indication of further, separately marked data is voluntary and is used to be able to address you personally. After your confirmation, we will save your e-mail address for the purpose of sending you the newsletter. The legal basis is Art. 6 Par. 1 p. 1 lit. a GDPR.
- You can revoke your consent to the sending of the newsletter at any time and cancel the newsletter. You can declare your revocation by clicking on the link provided in every newsletter e-mail, or by sending an e-mail to e-mail or by sending a message to the contact details given in the imprint.
- We would like to point out that we evaluate your user behavior when sending the newsletter. For this evaluation, the e-mails sent contain so-called tracking pixels, which are one-pixel image files. For the evaluation of opening rates, click rates and user behavior, the links within the newsletter contain an ID. This enables us to record when you read our newsletters, which links you click on and to deduce your personal interests. Such tracking is also not possible if you have deactivated the display of images in your e-mail program by default. In this case, the newsletter will not be displayed completely and you may not be able to use all functions. If you display the images manually, the above tracking takes place.

Guarantee of data security and data protection
In order to guarantee the protection and security of your personal data, we carry out a large number of technical and organizational security measures, the effectiveness of which we have checked regularly.
Shipping
We ship to every country. For most countries, you can choose between different shipping options:
- DHL parcels come with a tracking number and are insured (and hence more expensive, but not faster)
- Letters / small parcels (only up to 1 kg maximum order weight) are a lot cheaper but won’t come with a tracking number and are not insured.
Although 99,5% of our orders arrive, we cannot not take responsibility for small parcels / letters and advise you choose “DHL parcel” as shipping option.
Shipping time depends on where you live.
- Europe: usually 5-7 days
- world: usually up to 2 weeks
Please be aware that this is not a big company and that we may sometimes need up to 1-2 weeks time to process and pack your order. Let’s stay in contact via mail then.
Thanks a lot for your understanding!

Terms & Conditions
Terms and Conditions
*** Please make 100% sure that your address is correct! *** One example: If a parcel to the US that weighs more than 2 kg (4xLPs for example) gets returned to sender (RE-TON) because the address you submitted was wrong or because you did not pick it up at the post office after having been notified, we need to pay 20,00 € return fee to DHL when we receive it back — and you still don’t have your goods; then we need to ship the parcel again and pay another 29,00 € postage. So in the end, you have already paid 29,00 € for postage initially, the parcel gets returned, 20,00 € return fee on top, and then another 29,00 € for postage for shipping it a second time… you end up paying 78,00 € just for postage! So please save yourself the trouble and double-check your address.
All postage costs and eventual return fees must be carried by the buyer, not RE-TON.
